In the future i would recommend reducing your attack surface by deleting the old accounts you arent using anymore. you can also take yourself off people search sites so you have less info out in the wild. you will never get everythingg though

Hundreds of thousands of people have their data leaked every day, it happened to many of us on this forum here as well. Really nothing you can do, and you should only worry if someone is particularly out to get you for whatever reason.
