I've noticed that the 'Active users' in the shoutbox is incorrect.
The profiles shown are often times offline or haven't logged in for a while.
This makes the shoutbox look popular, even though there's likely 10-20 people actually engaging in the shoutbox.

I assume that the number of "active users" on the shoutbox is determined by taking the length of the users connected to the shoutbox's WebSocket. If that's the case, there shouldn't be many bugs related to this issue. It's possible that some users may display as offline while still being connected to the shoutbox, possibly because they have their browsers open but are not actively using the site.

Looking at the JavaScript code, it sets the text to the length of an object containing a list of shoutbox connections.

l.tabs.activeUsers.textContent = `Active Users: ${Object.values(e).length}`

Hence, the issue is likely related to users appearing offline or having their browsers open but being inactive or engaged in other activities on the website since the shoutbox WebSocket connection is initiated upon page load.
