nah english speaker ones are scammers. Actual chinese TG guys care about money/business. Then again I've only fone 1-2 deals for leaked APIs.

Many people in the community show off their skills. If a novice asks a question, they will mostly dismiss it and ridicule the novice. Only a small number of Chinese people communicate with hackers on Telegram. I used translation software. Everyone can understand it.

There are many chinese here, doubt nobody here use their intranet except the chinese. There are many good chines here I know, and nearly all buying stuff. They use it, or resell on chinese intranet "sites" communities common but none public like a tor website. Chat groups etc.
