The creators of the doxing platform, Doxbin, have announced their departure from the project after over five years of operation. Despite facing challenges such as hosting provider bans, law enforcement pressure, and criticism from social justice advocates, they remained committed to their initial goal of publicly shaming individuals who engaged in malicious activities. They emphasized that their operation was within legal boundaries due to flaws in international privacy acts and regulations like GDPR.
