My favorite anime is "Death Notebook" it's not very long like your One Piece, I don't understand how many people watch it in its entirety

My favorite anime is by far "Monster", it really is a top one in my book, the problem is that it's a complex anime with philosophy so anyone who tries to binge it without comprehending won't appreciate the anime
