if ww3 is coming our infrastructure is probably going to shit real soon. i would not invest in btc or expect them to remain stable.
investing in real estate only makes sense if its an atomic bunker somewhere.
as for gold ... well, who needs gold in a post-nuclear apocalypse? you cannot eat gold
invest in things people would actually need. food, water, shelter, weapons and ammo, that kinda stuff
