There have been no credential exchange here. Decrypting SAML will give a decrypted cert hash. that is protected by another layer of encrypted certrs within SSO.

That is how SSO works.

So decrypting this might result in full names and emails.

Last time I checked the KGB doesn't do business with Oracle. The data is a bunch of BS. The samples are weak compared to the entire alleged 6 million. I call BS on this one. You may have gotten a little something, maybe from a tenant or two, but you don't have what you claim.
