I'm a newbie, and I do NOT understand the instructions.  What does "Rename to .zip and extract it" mean?

I tried changing the URL to end in ".zip" instead of "_zip" but that doesn't work, so I must be doing it wrong.

Change the name of the file after your dwonload lo.
