How did you get scammed: He told me that he owns the data and sold it to me for $130, and transferred it to him through LTC. We both agreed that I would pay half of the amount first, and then pay half of the amount after getting the link to complete the transaction, but after he received 1LTC Sent me a link to a public database on the forum, which was not the database I wanted, he was a liar, I asked him for a refund and he deleted me. Traded on telegram.

I recorded the transaction record video and screenshots, the forum seems to be unable to send directly, if the administrator needs to verify the record, I can send it to you via telegram.

@ Zouchi , his video recordings clearly show your telegram "@ Zouchi" that you list on your own sales threads.
Now searching you on telegram shows a telegram similar to your old on as "@cash669" . So I'm guessing you changed it after this report. You are required to post next time you are online or I will side with the OP on this dispute.
