Horizon Cloud Scammer Alert!

HorizonCLOUD, more like Horizon scam! Beware, you can even check my previous poasts if you're thinking that Im on a personal vandetta , im not. Multiple times in the previous weeks I have thanked them for their uploads, until yesterday.
At about 12Pm EST, I see an announcement in their telegram for "Intelx API access", I message the admin, known as "Hiwanlog" The user is indian, and says "fine" and "yes sir" alot. I asked him detailed questions, about the API access, and he said that it was a telegram bot. With a 200 a day limit. I asked for the prices, he said its $50 a month. After some haggling, i got the price down to about $30 a month.
He sent me the LTC address, I sent him the LTC. The user then went offline and stopped responding. I contacted him on a second account, and he was responding perfectly. I confronted him and he blocked me on both accounts. The user is a serial scammer that uploads re-used logs (Horizoncloud is a scam) and uses them in order to lure individuals into buying the premium service which is a scam.
The Vouch channel has 8 people, all are anonymous, and its also a scam vouch channel.
