Pom was sentenced today. As a reminder, he pleaded guilty to three counts in July. District Judge Brinkema sentenced him to *time served* for the three counts (concurrent) and to 20 years of Supervised Release with special conditions. The way that works:
He has three years of supervised release for all three counts concurrently, but the supervised release for the third count (child pornography) will continue for a total of 20 years.
The conditions of the release are strict: they start with two years of home arrest and GPS monitoring, and not being on the internet at all for the first year, and then a slew of other conditions including mandated polygraph testing, computer monitoring, treatment, sex offender registration required by laws, etc.
