Would you pay $15 for the acquisition of an anonymous telegram account? Including instructions for how to avoid device fingerprinting, routing over tor and disregard of the need of a mobile device and phone number?

They both mention the acquisition of telegram accounts through tdata but of course a new session can also be registered by passing the login authentication code to a customer. The issue with all public sellers of tdata at the moment is their lack of opsec, needing to reach them on telegram to begin with, not accepting xmr, using gmail or simply lacking customer support. Would you pay extra if a seller were to cover these? lets say 15 to 20 dollars?
