I can't be sure, of course. However, this is the first time I've seen this data shared in a Telegram group set up in their name.

Beware !!! There are lot of sellers selling Fabricated data of ICMR. I was scammed by a seller yesterday . There were full of duplicates. Out of 815 million records there was only around 2 million unique records.. Beware!!!
