Some of the dubs recently have been pretty good.

Don't fall for this purist 'gotta have it in Jap' preference, when actually its just people favouring a language where they can't figure out a good cadence and know what 'good' acting is.

I have always watched with the original voices because in Japanese it gives a feeling of authenticity and it is just closer to the original mange. Subtitiles are ok.

It entirely depends on what, some subs are better than dubs and vice versa. Usually if it's playing on another monitor might as well put a dub on so don't miss anything. But on the whole dubs are certainly getting better. (Ignore subs purists)

Unpopular opinion but I think dubs are mainly better. It's better to watch instead of reading every word unless the voice actors suck.

it really depends on the anime, even tho not related, the yakuza games in japanese is the only correct way to play them, in most animes ive watched, i watched them dubbed
