OR you can just take 15 minutes out of your day, and program a basic application with regular functionality, and just have it so that it changes the file extension of your actual payload, and just have that run on persistence. its better than clicking on image.jpg (which obviously says executable next to it). not like it matters cuz no ones stiff enough to download a shady program from a skid nowadays.
