Got hold of a amazon account but dont know what to do with it

Got hold of a amazon account with 5 cards but just realized amazon does not show the whole 4 digits on the card, only the last four. Not sure what to do with the account now. Help appreciated a lot.

I think the saved payment methods could be used to buy these egift cards but they might require an otp or sum like that.
