I'm not sure what to expect the forum is asking I post to see the content, which feel as tho I would be breaking the the spam rule either way I hope I can edit this in the future  as i have no way to know if this is good or bad content at the moment.

Update:
reviewed the material, not sure I would describe this as a guide. An index is a closer description, that said there is plentiful amount of  things to go through this seems more of a quantity over quality.
