Well, if you like hentai, but you want to watch anime, then watch shimoneta. It's as close as you can get to hentai without there actually being any hentai.

I'd disagree, shimoneta imo is more a comedy than anything

I suggest you watch "Your lie in April", it is not a very long anime like naruto or one piece, but is a pretty good introduction to anime I think. Generally, it is about classical music and is quite sad ngl, but is very well written and it looks awesome too. If you'd like more fantasy, adventure and action, you could watch Hunter x Hunter (personal favourite), or Seven Deadly Sins for example. Sword Art Online is another very touching anime, and it is about video games.
