The video you are talking about is not the shooter. They mixed it up, the video guy is alive and well.

I am not into conspiracy theories but this is 100% set up - look at the clips from the event itself, people are recording the shooter just aiming at the stage, telling police to do something but no one moved a muscle the entire time. Lol, dafuqqqqq???
