What is Wilson?

One of the most famous tech malls in Lima, Peru. For years, Peruvians went there to buy pirated games and software, especially back when the internet wasn’t so accessible, making these places incredibly popular. There are stalls selling all kind of data from both public and private entities. 
It's common knowledge that you can buy leaked information here, and unfortunately, this tends to hurt everyday people more than the government or big companies. With extortion being a real issue in Peru, criminal groups are often the main buyers of these leaks.
